Packaging & Delivery Options
Voucher by Email If you want to surprise them with something
special in their inbox then choose an Email Voucher. Perfect Day Email Vouchers
are full colour and contain information about the experience, including how to register
and how to book. Email Vouchers can be sent to you or direct to the recipient and
will be dispatched within ten minutes.
Delivery: IMMEDIATE - send to yourself or direct to the recipient's
email Cost: FREE
Gift Pack by Post Have your voucher delivered in our beautifully
presented gift pack containing a Perfect Day Experiences gift voucher, personalized
with your own special message or left blank for you to fill in yourself. Also inside
the pack is a congratulations letter and information cards detailing everything
the recipient needs to know about their Perfect Day Experience, from what they'll
be doing, to how to book and what to wear.
Delivery: Order before 2pm EST and we will dispatch the same day.
Orders received after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Missing Gifts & Redelivery
Please Note: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the correct
email or postal address was entered during checkout.
Missing Email VouchersIf you selected email voucher delivery
and it has not been delivered after 10 minutes please please check your junk or
spam folder as it is possible the voucher was mistakenly delivered there.
Missing Gift PackIf you selected Gift Pack delivery and it
has not arrived within the specified delivery time (3-7 business days for standard
mail or 1-2 business days for Express Post) please contact us
quoting your Voucher Reference # (found on your email purchase receipt).
Redelivery Email Vouchers will be resent at no extra charge.
Please contact us quoting your Voucher Reference # (found
on your email purchase receipt) and the email address for delivery and we will immediately
resend your Email Voucher.
Gift Packs that were originally miss-addressed at checkout can be redelivered and
current postage rates will apply. Please contact us quoting
your Voucher Reference # (found on your email purchase receipt) and the postage
delivery address for delivery and we will arrange for redelivery.
